This law states that when you transfer ownership of something, you also transfer everything that naturally comes with it, unless you specifically say otherwise. However, if you only transfer what's attached to that thing, you don't automatically transfer the main thing itself.

This law states that a person can have rights to a property or benefit from certain conditions related to it even if they are not specifically named in the legal documents granting those rights.
A present interest, and the benefit of a condition or covenant respecting property, may be taken by any natural person under a grant, although not named a party thereto.
