Section § 23100

Explanation

This law allows a district to enter into agreements with the U.S. government, states, counties, various districts, public corporations, and individuals. These agreements can be for the shared acquisition, handling, or operation of any property that the district is allowed to acquire.

A district may make and perform any agreement with the United States, any State, county, district of any kind, public corporation, any person, or any number of them for the joint acquisition, disposition, or operation of any property of a kind which might be acquired by the district.
