Section § 80730
This law requires the department to prepare and submit detailed reports on its activities four times a year, specifically on January 31, May 1, August 1, and December 1. The reports should include information on how much money was spent, what the funds were used for, the progress of funded actions, and details about new resources like energy projects. The reports must also evaluate how often these resources are used, ensure they meet specified requirements, and assess their environmental impact, including emissions of greenhouse gases and other pollutants. Additionally, a summary of all related contracts, grants, and loans must be provided. These reports should be synchronized with a related reporting requirement under the Public Resources Code.
