Section § 32400

Explanation

This law allows land to be added to a district even if it is not directly next to it. The land can be from the county where the district was originally formed, or from nearby counties, including land from any city within those areas.

Land not a part of the district whether or not contiguous to it or to other portions added to the district, and consisting of any portion of the county wherein the district was formed or of any municipality therein, or of land in any county contiguous to the county wherein the district was formed or of any municipality therein, may be included within the district.
