Section § 31560

Explanation

If you're driving a vehicle carrying 10 or more used or waste tires, you need to be registered with the California Integrated Waste Management Board unless you're specifically exempt. Not registering, or breaking any rules laid out in this law or related laws about tire transport, is illegal and considered a minor violation.
