Section § 101031

Explanation

This law section states that the district covers the whole City of Bakersfield and nearby areas in the county that are not part of any city, as long as those areas benefit from being in the district.

The territory of such district shall be composed of the entire City of Bakersfield and such portions of unincorporated territory of the county contiguous thereto as may be benefited by inclusion in the district.
