Section § 17100

Except as otherwise provided in this division, notice in proceedings commenced pursuant to this division, or notice otherwise required by this division, is governed by Part 2 (commencing with Section 1200) of Division 3.

Section § 17105

Explanation

This law lets someone who has to notify others about a trust do so without needing a judge's permission. This means they can give notice directly to anyone interested in the trust on their own.

A petitioner or other person required to give notice may cause notice to be given to any person interested in the trust without the need for a court order.
