The requirements of the former California Expedited Remedial Action Reform Act of 1994 (former Chapter 6.85 (commencing with Section 25396) of Division 20) continue to apply to sites selected before the effective date of this chapter for participation in the pilot program established by that act.

Section § 25396
This law states that the rules from the California Expedited Remedial Action Reform Act of 1994 still apply to certain sites that were chosen to be part of a pilot program before the new rules took effect. Essentially, if a site was already part of this program, the old rules continue to govern it.
