(b)CA Health & Safety Code § 18861(b) The provisions of Part 2.1 (commencing with Section 18200) shall govern the construction, installation, maintenance, use, and occupancy of a mobilehome, manufactured home, mobilehome accessory building or structure,
commercial coach, factory-built home, or permanent building in a special occupancy park.
