Section § 115170
This law makes it illegal for anyone to handle any materials or facilities needing a permit or license under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 without having obtained the required permit or license. If someone violates this law, it is considered a misdemeanor.
It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, construct, produce, transfer, acquire, use, or possess any of the materials or facilities for which a permit or license is required under the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (Public Law 85-256) unless he or she shall have first obtained a permit or license.
