Section § 3002
This section defines a 'courtesy pass admission' as a free entry to certain types of fairs, including state, county, district, or citrus fruit fairs. However, it does not include certain types of admissions such as credential admissions, entry for children under 12, or entry for military personnel.
Section § 3003
Credential admission allows someone to enter a fair without paying if they provide a necessary service for the fair's operation. This is approved by the state, district, or fair's board of directors, or by a county's board of supervisors.
