Every person that violates this division is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than one year, or by both that fine and imprisonment. Each violation during any day constitutes a separate offense.
