Section § 18201

Explanation

This law allows the director to conduct investigations when there are reported violations related to this part of the statute. These investigations are guided by other specific sections in the Government Code.

The director may make any and all necessary investigations relative to reported violations of this part pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 11180), Chapter 2, Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code.
