Section § 16302

Explanation

This law defines the term "animal" to include a variety of farm animals such as cows, horses, mules, burros, sheep, goats, and pigs. It also covers their hides, carcasses, and any parts of their carcasses.

“Animal” includes any domestic bovine animal, horse, mule, burro, sheep, goat, or swine, or the hide, carcass, or portion of a carcass of any such animal.
