Explanation

This section simply introduces the Code of Civil Procedure, explaining that it's divided into four distinct parts. Part I focuses on Courts of Justice, which involves the structure and function of courts. Part II discusses Civil Actions, related to lawsuits and legal disputes between individuals or entities. Part III addresses Special Proceedings of a Civil Nature, covering any unique legal processes not falling under typical civil actions. Lastly, Part IV includes Miscellaneous Provisions, which contains additional rules not specifically categorized elsewhere.

This act shall be known as the Code of Civil Procedure, and is divided into four parts, as follows:
Part I.
 Of Courts of Justice.
II.
 Of Civil Actions.
III.
 Of Special Proceedings of a Civil Nature.
IV.
 Miscellaneous Provisions.
