Section § 81615

Explanation

This law establishes the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Water System Financing Authority. It specifies that the authority is made up of certain public entities, Stanford University, and the California Water Service Company.

(a)CA Water Code § 81615(a) The San Francisco Bay Area Regional Water System Financing Authority is hereby created.
(b)CA Water Code § 81615(b) The members of the authority include the public entities identified in Section 81608.5, Stanford University, and the California Water Service Company.
