Section § 76500

Explanation

This law section states that certain laws from 1929 and 1931 are no longer in effect.

Chapter 166 of the Statutes of 1929 and Chapter 1020 of the Statutes of 1931 are repealed.

Section § 76501

Explanation

This law states that even if certain legal rules are repealed, any substantial rights that a person or entity had under those rules should still be protected. In other words, getting rid of these rules shouldn't take away any important rights people had or will have.

The repeals effected by this part shall not be construed to deprive any person or entity of any substantial right which would have existed or hereafter exist had such repeal not been effected.
