Section § 76501
This law states that even if certain legal rules are repealed, any substantial rights that a person or entity had under those rules should still be protected. In other words, getting rid of these rules shouldn't take away any important rights people had or will have.
The repeals effected by this part shall not be construed to deprive any person or entity of any substantial right which would have existed or hereafter exist had such repeal not been effected.
