Section § 38500

Explanation

This law section states that Chapter 387 from the Statutes of 1913 is officially canceled and no longer in effect.

Chapter 387 of the Statutes of 1913 is hereby repealed.

Section § 38501

Explanation

This law section ensures that if a previous legal part is repealed, districts, people, or entities should not lose any important rights they had or would have had without the repeal.

The repeal effected by this part shall not be construed to deprive any district or any person or other entity of any substantial right which would have existed or hereafter exist had such repeal not been effected.
