No person shall move or drive a lift-carrier or other vehicle designed and used exclusively for the lifting and carrying of implements of husbandry or tools used exclusively for the production or harvesting of agricultural products at a speed in excess of 35 miles per hour.

This law states that vehicles specifically designed for lifting and carrying farming equipment or tools used in farming must not be driven faster than 35 miles per hour.
