Chapter 4.7Intermodal Corridors of Economic Significance
Section § 2190
This section officially names this part of the law as the Intermodal Corridor of Economic Significance Act. This means that the chapter can be referred to by this title in legal contexts.
Section § 2191
This law requires the department, alongside regional transportation planning agencies, to identify important travel routes in California. These routes are crucial for connecting major sea ports, railways, airports, and both interstate and intrastate highways. At least one of these routes must serve two or more large seaports and enhance the state's economic network as an intermodal corridor.
