Section § 3685

Explanation

This law requires a supervisor to create rules within three months of the chapter's start to manage how proposed unit agreements are submitted, changed, or disagreed upon. These rules must be made after public hearings and cover filing fees and title insurance. The supervisor can update these rules later with the director's approval.

Within three months after the effective date of this chapter, the supervisor shall, after one or more public hearings, adopt regulations governing the submittal of proposed unit agreements, modifications thereof, additions thereto, and disagreements with respect to unit operations. The regulations shall include, but not be limited to, requirements for filing fees sufficient to cover the costs of administration, and submittal of policies of title insurance. The regulations may be amended from time to time by the supervisor with the approval of the director.
