Section § 26601
This law states that any improvement project carried out under this division, or related activities, are considered critical actions required to prevent or lessen an emergency. This definition aligns with a specific emergency-related section of another law.
Improvement caused to be undertaken pursuant to this division, and all activities in furtherance thereof or in connection therewith, shall be deemed to be specific actions necessary to prevent or mitigate an emergency within the meaning of paragraph (4) of subdivision (b) of Section 21080.
