The Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 (Division 12 (commencing with Section 10000)) of the Streets and Highways Code, the Improvement Act of 1911 (Division 7 (commencing with Section 5000)) of the Streets and Highways Code, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (Division 10 (commencing with Section 8500)) of the Streets and Highways Code, as those acts read on January 1, 1994, or as thereafter amended, are applicable to the district.

Section § 13150
This section states that certain older laws about municipal improvements and bonds that are part of the Streets and Highways Code—specifically from 1913, 1911, and 1915—also apply to the district in question. It acknowledges that these laws, as they were on January 1, 1994, or as they might be updated later, are relevant and enforceable in this district.
