Section § 1000

Explanation

This law is called the Equitable Outdoor Access Act. It emphasizes California's commitment to ensuring that all residents can enjoy and access the state’s cultural and natural resources in a meaningful and sustainable way.

(a)CA Public Resources Code § 1000(a) This division shall be known, and may be cited, as the Equitable Outdoor Access Act.
(b)CA Public Resources Code § 1000(b) This division sets forth the state’s commitment to ensuring all Californians can benefit from, and have meaningful and sustainable access to, the state’s rich cultural and natural resources.
