Section § 1339.81
This law defines the term "provider" for the purposes of this chapter. A "provider" can be a licensed professional, organization, health facility, or any person or institution authorized by the state to provide health care services.
For purposes of this chapter, “provider” means any professional person, organization, health facility, or other person or institution licensed by the state to deliver or furnish health care services.
