All state agencies which provide over-the-counter information and services directly to the public shall provide those services during the customary lunch hours of 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on those days that the offices are open to the public. This section shall not apply to any state office which has three or less full-time employees who are not peace officers at an office on any single day.

This law requires state offices providing services to the public to be open during typical lunch hours, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on days they're accessible to the public. However, offices with three or fewer full-time employees, who aren't peace officers, are exempt from this rule.
