Explanation
This law defines a 'carbon monoxide pest control device' as any tool or technique that uses carbon monoxide to manage or get rid of pests like burrowing rodents.
For purposes of this chapter, “carbon monoxide pest control device” means any method or instrument using carbon monoxide to prevent, eliminate, destroy, or mitigate burrowing rodent pests.

Section § 14161
