No more than two liens filed pursuant to Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 57501) and Chapter 13 (commencing with Section 57551) shall be enforceable against any one lien debtor, even if filed by different lien claimants.

This law specifies that only up to two liens can be enforced against a single debtor under the rules starting at Sections 57501 and 57551. Even if different people file the liens, no more than two can be legally pursued.
