Section § 27002

Explanation

This law defines 'poultry' as any domesticated birds like chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese that are meant to be used as food for humans.

“Poultry” means domesticated fowl which is intended for use for human food. It includes chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and other domesticated birds.

Section § 27003

Explanation
This section defines 'poultry meat' as the whole chicken or any of its parts when raw, but excluding processed poultry products.
“Poultry meat” means the carcass of poultry or any part of the carcass in the raw state. It does not include poultry meat food products.
