Nothing in the public policy of the State of California requires the establishment or the disestablishment of any United States Armed Forces training unit or class at any campus of a public postsecondary educational institution or the prohibition of employment recruitment by the United States Armed Forces at any campus of a public postsecondary educational institution.

This California law states that there's no requirement for public colleges or universities to set up or disband U.S. Armed Forces training programs or classes. It also clarifies that these schools can't forbid military recruitment efforts on their campuses.
