Section § 14400

Explanation

If someone intentionally and maliciously damages the property of a cable TV company, they have to pay the company three times the actual cost of the damage, which can be claimed in court.

Any person who willfully and maliciously does any injury to any property of a cable television corporation is liable to the corporation for three times the amount of actual damages sustained thereby, to be recovered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
