This section gives the director the power to create rules and regulations to enforce the chapter, and the director can also allow the Department of Transportation to enforce these rules.
Section § 5251
This law says that the rules made before November 8, 1967, about interstate highways built on land bought after July 1, 1956, will stay in place. This is to make sure they still meet a specific agreement with the Secretary of Commerce, as outlined in a part of U.S. federal law.
Section § 5252
Section § 5253
This law says that the director in charge of issuing licenses and permits must provide the necessary forms and can choose someone in each county to handle these tasks. This person could be the county clerk, and once a license or permit is issued, a copy should be sent to the director right away.
