This law says that if someone got their professional license by lying, tricking, or hiding important information, the board has the power to take it away, suspend it, or put limits on it.

Section § 499
This law says that if someone with a professional license helps another person apply for a license and lies or leaves out important information on purpose, the board can take away, suspend, or limit their license.
A board may revoke, suspend, or otherwise restrict a license on the ground that the licensee, in support of another person’s application for license, knowingly made a false statement of a material fact or knowingly omitted to state a material fact to the board regarding the application.
