(b)CA 政府 Code § 12955(b) 任何住房的所有者,就寻求购买、租赁或租用任何住房的任何人的种族、肤色、宗教、性别、性别认同、性别表达、性取向、婚姻状况、民族血统、祖籍、家庭状况、残疾、退伍军人或军人身份,或遗传信息,进行或促使进行任何书面或口头询问。
(c)CA 政府 Code § 12955(c) 任何人制作、印刷或发布,或促使制作、印刷或发布任何关于住房出售或租赁的通知、声明或广告,表明基于种族、肤色、宗教、性别、性别认同、性别表达、性取向、婚姻状况、民族血统、祖籍、家庭状况、收入来源、残疾、退伍军人或军人身份,或遗传信息的任何偏好、限制或歧视,或有此偏好、限制或歧视的意图。
(d)CA 政府 Code § 12955(d) 受《民法典》第51条规定约束的任何人,就该条适用于住房而言,基于性别、性别认同、性别表达、性取向、肤色、种族、宗教、祖籍、民族血统、家庭状况、婚姻状况、残疾、遗传信息、收入来源、退伍军人或军人身份,或基于该条禁止的任何其他理由歧视任何人。与联邦批准的住房计划相关的、基于年龄的选择偏好,不构成住房领域的年龄歧视。
(e)CA 政府 Code § 12955(e) 为任何住房的购买、再融资、组织或建设提供财政援助的任何人、银行、抵押贷款公司或其他金融机构,在获取或使用该财政援助的条款、条件或特权方面,基于种族、肤色、宗教、性别、性别认同、性别表达、性取向、婚姻状况、民族血统、祖籍、家庭状况、收入来源、残疾、退伍军人或军人身份,或遗传信息而歧视任何人或群体。
(f)CA 政府 Code § 12955(f) 任何住房的所有者,在住房的出售或租赁中骚扰、驱逐或以其他方式歧视任何人,当所有者的主要目的是报复以下人员时:反对本条规定的非法行为的人、向执法机构举报本条规定的非法行为的人、在本部分项下任何程序中作证或提供协助的人,或协助或鼓励他人行使或享有本部分所保障权利的人。本条规定无意导致或允许非法占有诉讼的延迟。
(g)CA 政府 Code § 12955(g) 任何人协助、教唆、煽动、强迫或胁迫实施本条中宣布为非法的任何行为或做法,或试图实施此类行为或做法。
(h)CA 政府 Code § 12955(h) 任何人,为营利目的,通过声称特定种族、肤色、宗教、性别、性别认同、性别表达、性取向、婚姻状况、祖籍、残疾、遗传信息、收入来源、家庭状况、退伍军人或军人身份,或民族血统的人进入或即将进入该社区,从而诱使任何人出售或出租任何住宅。

(k)CA 政府 Code § 12955(k) To otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwelling based on discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, familial status, source of income, disability, genetic information, veteran or military status, or national origin.
(l)CA 政府 Code § 12955(l) To discriminate through public or private land use practices, decisions, and authorizations because of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, familial status, marital status, disability, genetic information, national origin, source of income, veteran or military status, or ancestry. Discrimination includes, but is not limited to, restrictive covenants, zoning laws, denials of use permits, and other actions authorized under the Planning and Zoning Law (Title 7 (commencing with Section 65000)), that make housing opportunities unavailable.
Discrimination under this subdivision also includes the existence of a restrictive covenant, regardless of whether accompanied by a statement that the restrictive covenant is repealed or void.
(m)CA 政府 Code § 12955(m) As used in this section, “race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, disability, veteran or military status, or genetic information,” includes a perception that the person has any of those characteristics or that the person is associated with a person who has, or is perceived to have, any of those characteristics.
(n)CA 政府 Code § 12955(n) To use a financial or income standard in the rental of housing that fails to account for the aggregate income of persons residing together or proposing to reside together on the same basis as the aggregate income
of married persons residing together or proposing to reside together.

(A)CA 政府 Code § 12955(o)(1)(A) Use a financial or income standard in assessing eligibility for the rental of housing that is not based on the portion of the rent to be paid by the tenant.

(i)Copy CA 政府 Code § 12955(o)(1)(B)(i) Use a person’s credit history as part of the application process for a rental accommodation without offering the applicant the option, at the applicant’s discretion, of providing lawful, verifiable alternative evidence of the applicant’s reasonable ability to pay
the portion of the rent to be paid by the tenant, including, but not limited to, government benefit payments, pay records, and bank statements.
(ii)CA 政府 Code § 12955(o)(1)(B)(i)(ii) If the applicant elects to provide lawful, verifiable alternative evidence of the applicant’s
reasonable ability to pay pursuant to clause (i), the housing provider shall do both of the following:
(I)CA 政府 Code § 12955(o)(1)(I) Provide the applicant reasonable time to respond with that alternative evidence.
(II) Reasonably consider that alternative evidence in lieu of the person’s credit history in determining whether to offer the rental accommodation to the applicant.
(2)CA 政府 Code § 12955(o)(2) This subdivision does not limit the ability of the owner of a housing accommodation to request information or documentation to verify employment, to request landlord references, or to verify the identity of a person.

(1)Copy CA 政府 Code § 12955(p)(1) For the purposes of this section, “source of income” means lawful, verifiable income paid directly to a tenant, or to a representative of a tenant, or paid to a housing owner or landlord on behalf of a tenant, including federal, state, or local public assistance, and federal, state, or local housing subsidies, including, but not limited to, federal housing assistance vouchers issued under Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 1437f). “Source of income” includes a federal Department of Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing voucher. For the purposes of this section, a housing owner or landlord is not considered a representative of
a tenant unless the source of income is a federal Department of Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing voucher.
(2)CA 政府 Code § 12955(p)(2) For the purposes of this section, it shall not constitute discrimination based on source of income to make a written or oral inquiry concerning the level or source of income.
