Por la presente se crea la Comisión de Transporte del Condado Imperial. La comisión será la agencia sucesora de la Asociación de Gobiernos del Valle Imperial y asumirá todos los activos y pasivos de esa entidad. El área de jurisdicción de la comisión consistirá en toda el área incorporada y no incorporada del Condado Imperial.

Section § 132800
Esta ley establece la Comisión de Transporte del Condado Imperial como un organismo oficial. Asumirá las responsabilidades, activos y deudas de la Asociación de Gobiernos del Valle Imperial. La autoridad de la comisión abarca todo el Condado Imperial, incluyendo tanto las ciudades como las áreas rurales.

Section § 132801

The board includes two members from the Imperial County Board of Supervisors, mayors or council members from each city in the county, and one director from the Imperial Irrigation District.
