Explanation

Esta ley establece la Comisión de Transporte del Condado Imperial como un organismo oficial. Asumirá las responsabilidades, activos y deudas de la Asociación de Gobiernos del Valle Imperial. La autoridad de la comisión abarca todo el Condado Imperial, incluyendo tanto las ciudades como las áreas rurales.

Por la presente se crea la Comisión de Transporte del Condado Imperial. La comisión será la agencia sucesora de la Asociación de Gobiernos del Valle Imperial y asumirá todos los activos y pasivos de esa entidad. El área de jurisdicción de la comisión consistirá en toda el área incorporada y no incorporada del Condado Imperial.

Section § 132801

Explanation

(a)CA Utilities ng Pampubliko Code § 132801(a) [tl: The governing board of the commission shall consist of the following members:]

(2)CA Utilities ng Pampubliko Code § 132801(a)(2) [tl: One member from each incorporated city within Imperial County who shall be the mayor of the city or a member of its city council. The term of a member under this paragraph terminates when he or she ceases to hold that office or when replaced by the city council.]
