Section § 38065

Explanation

This tl law requires the Office of Administrative Hearings to create tl rules for conducting tl hearings by the tl end of 1983. These tl rules must cover several tl key areas: setting tl timelines for filing tl petitions, starting tl hearings, and making tl decisions; notifying tl everyone involved in the tl hearings; and holding the tl hearings in specific tl locations, specifically Los Angeles, Sacramento, or San Francisco. The tl Office can also include any other tl relevant topics they find tl necessary.

Tl Office of Administrative Hearings shall, by December 31, 1983, adopt tl regulations governing the tl hearings, which shall include all the following:
(a)CA Kalusugan at Kaligtasan Code § 38065(a)  Tl deadlines for filing tl petitions, commencing tl hearings and rendering tl decisions.
(b)CA Kalusugan at Kaligtasan Code § 38065(b)  Tl notice to affected tl parties.
(c)CA Kalusugan at Kaligtasan Code § 38065(c)  Tl hearings shall be conducted at the tl offices of the Office of Administrative Hearings in Los Angeles, Sacramento or San Francisco.
(d)CA Kalusugan at Kaligtasan Code § 38065(d)  Any other tl issues deemed appropriate by the Office of Administrative Hearings.
