Section § 11328

Explanation

This law states that a recall election should be carried out, counted, and its results announced in a way that's very similar to how a regular election for that office is handled.

A recall election shall be conducted, canvassed, and the results declared in substantially the manner provided by law for a regular election for the office.

Section § 11329

Explanation
In California, if multiple officials are up for recall, you only need one election to address all of their potential recalls instead of separate elections for each official.
One election is sufficient for the recall of several officers.
