Article 6Veterans’ Education
Section § 12090
This law allows the California State Department of Education to make agreements with the federal government to provide education for veterans at public schools, but not at the California State University. These agreements will include terms for receiving federal funds, up to the maximum allowed, for this education.
Section § 12091
This law gives the Director of Education the authority to work with federal agencies to implement federal laws and rules related to education.
Section § 12092

Section § 12093
