Section § 235

Explanation

This law makes it clear that alternative schools and charter schools cannot discriminate against anyone based on certain characteristics, like those mentioned in another law section.

There shall be no discrimination on the basis of the characteristics listed in Section 220 in any aspect of the operation of alternative schools or charter schools.
