Section § 720.010

Section § 720.020
This section defines who a 'creditor' is in legal terms. In general, it's the person or entity that has won a judgment in court and is owed money. However, if the case involves seizing property before a final judgment—under something called a writ of attachment or prejudgment writ of possession—then the creditor refers to the person who started the lawsuit, known as the plaintiff.
“Creditor” means the judgment creditor or, in the case of a levy under a writ of attachment or prejudgment writ of possession of personal property, the plaintiff.

Section § 720.030
In this section, the term "debtor" refers to either the person who has a court judgment against them or, if there's a legal action before a judgment involving seizure of property, it refers to the defendant in that case.
“Debtor” means the judgment debtor or, in the case of a levy under a writ of attachment or prejudgment writ of possession of personal property, the defendant.
