Section § 13500
It's illegal to transport motor fuels or lubricants for sale if the tank vehicle doesn't have a metal tag, plate, or label on each outlet or valve. This label must clearly show the product's name and grade in large letters. For motor oil, the label must also include the SAE International viscosity number.
Section § 13501
This law makes it illegal for anyone selling or delivering products to mix different products or grades together if it causes the final product to fail meeting set quality standards.
Section § 13502
This law makes it illegal to put the wrong product into a storage tank or container where items are kept for sale if it doesn't match what's on the label.
Section § 13503
This law says it's illegal to pump aviation fuel into an aircraft if you're using the same pump that dispenses regular gasoline not meant for planes.
