Section § 11350

Explanation

This law says that the director must create rules for applying for reciprocity agreements concerning appraisals. These rules need to at least meet the standards set by the Appraisal Subcommittee.

The director shall adopt regulations governing the process and procedure of applying for reciprocity, which shall meet, at a minimum, the requirements of the Appraisal Subcommittee.

Section § 11351

Explanation
An appraiser from another state doesn't need temporary practice approval when helping with an appraisal, as long as they follow the rules set in another part of the law, specifically Section 11324.
Temporary practice is not required under this chapter if the appraiser from another state assists in the performance of the appraisal as provided by Section 11324.
