Section § 3685

Explanation

This section indicates that even if other laws say differently, once this chapter is repealed, the board must be reviewed by certain legislative committees.

Notwithstanding any other law, the repeal of this chapter renders the board subject to review by the appropriate policy committees of the Legislature.

Section § 3686

Explanation
This law is set to expire on January 1, 2027. After that date, it will no longer be in effect.
This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed.
